Installation Requirements

1. Pipe must be fully filled with liquid at all times

2. Inlet straight pipe: ≥3×DN; Outlet straight pipe: ≥2×DN (≥5×DN/10×DN for special fittings)

3. Avoid pulsating flow, electrical interference (motors/transformers/VFDs), air bubbles & precipitates

4. Terminal box mounted above piping (prevent water ingress)

5. Proper grounding (per national/local electrical codes; grounding rings/lining protectors for lined/non-conductive pipes)

Safety Note

Do NOT mount the flow converter in explosive hazardous areas; avoid direct sunshine/rain for outdoor installation; do not remove coverplates when powered (risk of electric shock/explosion)
