TEM82E integrated electromagnetic flow meter (magmeter / magnetic flow meter) combines the flow sensor and signal converter into one compact unit, working based on Faraday’s Law of Electromagnetic Induction. It delivers accurate volumetric flow measurement for conductive liquids, sewage, wastewater, chemical solutions, abrasive slurry and pulp. Compared with split‑type electromagnetic flow meters, the integrated design cuts field wiring work, reduces potential signal interference points, enables fast on‑site installation and commissioning for industrial process pipelines.

LCD Local Display: Shows real‑time flow rate, flow velocity and totalized flow value. Three built‑in accumulators record positive total flow, reverse total flow and net total flow for bidirectional flow metering.

Advanced Correction & Calibration: Non‑linear correction compensates low‑flow signals for better small‑flow performance; automatic zero calibration; 0.3‑second fast response plus electrode self‑cleaning function.

Robust Hardware Design: Built‑in lightning‑protection circuit and high‑efficiency anti‑interference circuit, stable operation under harsh industrial environments. 16KB internal memory preserves all parameters and total flow data upon power failure, no data loss after power off.

Rich Output & Communication Interfaces: 4‑20 mA analog output, pulse output, RS485‑Modbus and HART communication are available.

Note: HART protocol cannot run simultaneously with RS485‑Modbus. Remote reading and instrument configuration can be realized via third‑party communicators.

Flexible OEM Customization: Customized heat‑meter function, boot‑up logo, front‑panel sticker and housing color are supported.

Diverse Process Connections: Threaded, insertion, SMS sanitary union and flange connections (DN / DIN / ANSI / JIS standard flanges) for different installation requirements.

 

Electrode Material Reference

Molybdenum‑bearing Stainless Steel: Suitable for industrial water, sewage, weak acid / alkali / salt solution, room‑temperature concentrated acid. Not for hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlorine, bromine and iodine‑containing media.

Hastelloy B: Works for non‑oxidizing acid such as hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and high‑concentration alkaline liquor. Not applicable for oxidizing acid like nitric acid.

Hastelloy C: Resists oxidizing acid, mixed acid, hypochlorite solution and seawater. Not fit for reducing acid such as hydrochloric acid and chloride‑rich fluid.

Titanium(Ti): Good for chloride‑containing medium, hypochlorite, seawater and oxidizing acid. Avoid reducing acid (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid).

Tantalum(Ta): Handles most boiling‑point acid solutions below 175℃. Not for alkali, hydrofluoric acid and fuming sulfuric acid.

Platinum(Pt): Fits most acid, alkali and salt solutions, except aqua regia.
