The usage tips for pressure and temperature need to be combined with specific application scenarios (such as industrial instruments, injection molding processes, refrigeration systems, or household appliances).

Universal Pressure and Temperature Measurement Equipment Usage Tips
Correct Installation
Pressure thermometers should be installed vertically in a vibration-free environment, with capillaries fixed every 300mm using ties, bending radius ≥50mm, avoiding folding or squeezing.

The temperature sensor should be fully immersed in the measured medium and inserted to the maximum depth as much as possible to reduce heat dissipation errors.

Environmental Requirements
The working environment temperature is recommended to be controlled between -10℃ and +55℃, with relative humidity ≤80%.

The dial should be placed in an easy-to-observe position, avoiding direct sunlight or high temperatures (ambient temperature should not exceed 60℃).

Reading Specifications
After the pointer stabilizes, read the dial with your eyes perpendicular to it to ensure accuracy.

Pressure gauges should be used within 1/3 to 2/3 of their range, avoiding operation beyond or below the full scale.

Maintenance and Calibration
Regularly check airtightness, clean the surface, and calibrate at least once every 3 months.

Before use, confirm that the certificate is within the valid period, and avoid collisions and vibrations.
