First, select the appropriate testing location. Connect the drill chuck to the drilling machine, and use it to drive the thin-walled drill to make a hole.

Insert the diamond grinding head of the matching slotting machine into the drilled hole, supply clean water through the water inlet, hold the slotting machine, and perform slotting.

Insert the expansion spring into the formed hole, then screw the punch into the expansion rod. Tap the punch lightly with a small hammer to drive the expansion rod into the expansion spring, causing it to expand. Remove the punch, screw the pull rod (M14) into the expansion spring and tighten it.

Install the testing device, turn on the pressure gauge power switch, and press the zero button to reset it.

Turn the handle clockwise to raise the piston by 2mm. When it is close to the pull rod nut but not yet under force, if the display value is not zero, press the zero button again to reset. Continue turning the handle to gradually increase the pull on the standard block. When the maximum pull is reached and the standard block separates from the tested body, the maximum pull value will be held. Press the store button to save the data.

After testing is complete, turn the handle in reverse to retract the piston, and remove the pull rod and standard block.
